Best/favorite fillet knife?

I'd like to invest in a new fillet knife in the next month or so. Presently I'm using some standard option available at all Kmarts and the like. I'd like to upgrade.

Do any of you have a favorite knife to suggest? (I need a standard not an electric. Electric is too much for my salty fishing times.)

Can't go wrong with the 8" forschner

Thanks Web. I looked on some websites and many Forschner fillet options exist. Most seemed in the $80+ range.

Took a look in Sportsman's Warehouse and saw a couple under the glass. I thought about investigating further, but with some expensive boots under arm and my better half along, I decided to wait a little longer.

I appreciate the opinion and will continue to keep my eyes open. If you purchased yours locally for under $80, I would interested to know where.
